Online self-coaching wellbeing resources for staff

A range of modules available to support your wellbeing whilst staying at home
Available through our Staff Learning and Development team, Mindset is a series of 19 self-coaching modules that are available to access from your computer, tablet or mobile phone.
There are a range of modules that you might find helpful to support your wellbeing whilst staying at home. These include:
- Thriving in isolation,
- Stress test,
- Resilience,
- Mindfulness
- Positive attitude.
Each online module starts with a questionnaire which informs a personalised report based upon your responses. A series of videos and questions will encourage you to set challenges to alter behaviour and responses to situations.
