Join experienced Yoga Teacher, Fiona McBride who will return to run two sessions focusing on pausing, focusing on the breath and simple movement for overall wellbeing.

Session 1
Pause and Breathe – a 15 minute breath practice.
Session 2
Pause and Breathe workshop – a longer session reflecting on the importance of pausing, reflecting for health (physical and mental) and how that can help us be more effective and efficient at work. The session will incorporate some basic movement that you can do at your desk and finish with a short breath awareness session. Book here.
