SEP Cohort 1 – additional support and information available
09 Mar 2020
Following the recent announcement of proposed changes to student marketing and recruitment and applications and admissions structures, additional resources have been added to StaffNet and a further set of face-to-face drop-in sessions confirmed.
Local drop-in sessions
We are conscious that during this time of uncertainty colleagues may have questions or want to talk to someone about their situation. On this basis a series of drop-in sessions for impacted colleagues have now been arranged in the Faculties and the Directorate for the Student Experience.
Updated FAQs
We have updated our FAQs document to include answers to common questions received so far, including those submitted through Slido during the announcement presentation on 28 February.
New flowcharts
Two flowcharts have been produced to make it easier to understand some key processes: the process for pooling and populating the new structure and the process for Voluntary Severance.
Recordings of PSLT Open Meetings
Patrick Hackett and members of the PS Leadership Team received a number of questions about the Student Experience Programme and the Cohort 1 proposals during last week’s PSLT Open Meetings. Recordings from these sessions are now available.
Where to direct your questions
Questions should be directed to your manager, local leader or HR Partner in the first instance. If you want to give formal feedback as part of the consultation, you can do this via the Campus Trade Unions. General queries and feedback can be sent via email to the programme team.
