Oracle Financials System downtime

Oracle Financials unavailable from 3pm today (Friday)

Oracle Financials will be unavailable from 3pm today, Friday 7 February, for planned maintenance (patching). 

This affects all areas of Oracle Financials including iProcurement (iProc) and Excel4Apps (E4A) Reporting.

Service disruption is expected to last until 10am on Monday, 10 February however all users will be notified once the system becomes available. 

This means that:

  • If you are logged in to any area of Oracle Financials, you need to save any work and log off by 3pm.
  • Do not attempt to log back in to any area of Oracle Financials until notification is sent on Monday, 10 February (we expect this to be around 10am).
  • Do not respond to or action any workflow emails (related to iProcurement etc).
  • Do not attempt to log in for Excel4Apps (E4A) reporting purposes until notification is sent on Monday, 10 February.
