Learning Through Research internship celebration
01 Oct 2019
Students presented their internship experiences in an exhibition on 25 September
Now in its second year, the internship programme links penultimate year students with Academics to provide them with paid research experience over the course of the summer holiday.
The programme held its celebration event; a conference-style exhibition that allowed students to present their work in person to delegates including host academics, researchers and members of the Teaching, Learning and Student Development leadership team.
The Learning Through Research internships are part of the wider student experience internship programme, which is run by the Careers Service and offers paid internships to over 120 students per summer. These students work on a variety of projects with local charities, small businesses, academics and teams throughout the University.
If you or your team are interested in hosting an intern during summer 2020, then please contact recruitment@manchester.ac.uk for further information.
