The Venture Out competition is now open

Now in its 15th year, Venture Out is our University’s annual student ideas competition, enabling both undergraduate and postgraduate students to put forward an idea that they believe would make a great business opportunity.

If you teach or work with students across our University, please make them aware of this fantastic competition. 

With 15 cash prizes up for grabs across 5 categories (business, creative, environmental, social, and technology) - as well as 20 x £20 Amazon Vouchers - we’re encouraging as many students as possible to get their thinking caps on.

Ideas could involve a new technology, solving a problem, or simply something to help make the lives of others easier.
