Ahead of the hot Bank Holiday weekend there are wellbeing, travel and leisure updates!

Don’t forget the Be Active Summer programme runs until the end of August. There are classes for beginners right up to high intensity workouts!

Travel

There’s been some confusion recently about the 147 bus service, and which journeys are free.  This has now been confirmed by Estates with Stagecoach.

A £25 low deposit is available with Cottages.com for November and December breaks plus the usual staff discount and there are hundreds of last minute breaks from £350.

Leisure

With the Ashes in full swing, the Premier League (and myriad cups) underway and the Rugby World Cup just around the corner. What better way to get a feel for the action (outside of box tickets to finals!) than some stadium tours filled with behind-the-scenes views and more than a few secrets and stories?
