Thank you for sharing your views on The Hive about what you would like to see included in our wellbeing plans for 2019/20

Thank you to all staff who have shared their ideas, comments and votes via our campaign on The Hive about what would you like to see included in our wellbeing plans for 2019/20.

We are committed to providing a healthy working environment and improving the quality of working lives for all staff. Your feedback will help us develop activities that promote and enhance wellbeing for all staff.

The campaign received: 

• 40 ideas
• 17 comments
• 1469 votes

We had a range of ideas submitted relating to the wellbeing calendar of activities. These will be considered by the wellbeing team and the wellbeing champions – we will look to include as many of these suggestions as possible in our 2019/20 schedule.

There were also ideas related to more wide reaching aspects of work and wellbeing that would involve fundamental changes to how we working. These ideas will be shared with the Senior Leadership Team for consideration.

Gemma Dale, HR Policy and Engagement Manager, has begun analysing the responses and we will keep you updated on actions taken following the campaign via StaffNet News.
