Summer drop-in wellbeing sessions

July and August sessions – just turn up no need to book
The sessions are:
Managing anxiety – Wednesday, 10 July, 1 pm to 2.30pm. Staff only.
Mindfulness meditation – Wednesdays on 17, 24 and 31 July and 7 August, 1pm-2pm.
All sessions will be held in the in the large group room of the Simon Building, first floor, Wellbeing rooms.
