Make sure your email signature includes key information so colleagues can contact you
Following a discussion at the recent PSLT open meetings all colleagues are reminded to check their email signature is up to date.
An email signature is information tagged at the end of your email to let the recipient know a little more about you.
At the University all staff should ensure that the following information is in your University email signature:
- Your name
- Your job title
- Your preferred pronoun (optional)
- Your Team/Directorate/School/Faculty etc.
- Your office location and phone number
- The University website
- Social media links
