Boost your wellbeing with summer drop-in sessions for staff

Our counselling service is offering some drop-in sessions over the summer:
- Challenging unhelpful thinking habits, Wednesday, 19 June, 1pm-2:30pm
- Build your confidence, Friday, 28 June, 1pm-2pm
- Guided hypnotherapy for stress, Wednesday, 3 July, 1pm-2:30pm
- Developing skills in assertiveness, Friday, 5 July, 1pm-2pm
- Managing anxiety Wednesday, 10 July, 1pm-2:30pm
All sessions will be held in the in the large group room of the Simon Building, First Floor, Wellbeing Rooms.
