MECD Pilot Workspace open meeting
06 Jun 2019
Come along and find out more about the MECD Pilot Workspace in this interactive open meeting for staff on Tuesday, 11 June
We are nearing the end of the third and final formal testing phase of theMECD Pilot Workspace. The pilot has been a fantastic opportunity to trial options to ensure we provide a pioneering working environment and culture that meets the needs of all staff based in MECD.
To share our learnings and gather more feedback about the pilot space, all staff are welcome to attend a staff open meeting and Q&A session on Tuesday, 11 June between 10am and 11:30am in C16, Renold Building.
The meeting will involve a brief, informative presentation by the MECD Workspace Project Team, followed by a panel Q&A. The panel will be made up of representatives from Senior Faculty Leadership, the MECD Workspace Project Team, the University Estates Directorate and a number of past and current pilot participants. It is our intention that the Q&A session will be an open conversation about participants’ experiences within the pilot workspace.
The event is open to all staff. If you wish to submit any questions for the panel before the event, please email askMECD.
Feedback from the event will be used to inform the report for the Capital Planning Steering Committee’s consideration of MECD workspace design.
