A series of lunchtime sessions, many of them staff only
All sessions will be held in the in the large group room of the first floor Wellbeing Rooms, Simon Building.
- Actively Managing Your Mood - a 4-week course, starting Monday, 10 June, 1pm-2pm. You are asked to commit to all four sessions. Book a place.
All the sessions below are drop-in, no registration required. Please note that these sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Maximum 25 people per session. When capacity has been reached, the session will be closed.
- Overcoming low mood behaviour: one step at a time - Wednesday, 12 June, 1pm-2:30pm
- Challenging unhelpful thinking habits - Wednesday, 19 June, 1pm-2:30pm
- Build your confidence - Friday, 28 June, 1pm-2pm
- Guided hypnotherapy for stress - Wednesday, 3 July, 1pm-2:30pm
- Developing skills in assertiveness - Friday, 5 July, 1pm-2pm
- Managing anxiety - Wednesday, 10 July, 1pm-2:30pm
- Breaking patterns of depression - a compassionate mind approach - Thursday 12 September, 12pm-2pm
