Appointment of Director of Faculty Operations for Humanities

A message from Patrick Hackett.

Dear colleagues 

I am delighted to announce that Hannah Rundle has been appointed as Director of Faculty Operations for Humanities and will join our University on Monday 12 August. Hannah is currently Director of College Operations for the College of Humanities at the University of Exeter having previously undertaken roles at Exeter in External Relations, Graduate Education and Academic Services. Prior to joining the University of Exeter, Hannah worked at the University of Oxford.

You will be aware that we previously announced the appointment of another individual to this role. As a consequence of an unforeseen and very regrettable set of circumstances which were beyond our control, the University terminated the contract. We are, however, delighted to have secured Hannah’s appointment.

Please join Keith and me in congratulating Hannah on her new appointment and in welcoming her to The University of Manchester.    

Until Hannah’s arrival, Wayne Keating will continue to serve as Interim Director of Faculty Operations.
