We’ve recently updated our flexible working resources on Managers’ Essentials
The University recognises that flexible working can be beneficial to both staff and we want to make sure that flexible working requests are considered fairly and consistently.
We’ve developed a range of resources to help managers including ‘how to’ guides on how to assess a role for flexible working, how to manage a flexible working trial period and how to manage flexible working requests during recruitment.
