#BeHealthy in Meaningful May
Being healthy is one of our our #SixWays to Wellbeing and is about finding inspiration about what suits you best on your wellbeing journey.
To support you #beinghealthy the University’s Counselling Service has a range of online resources, an online therapeutic course, to provide support to help you tackle stress, anxiety, depression and poor body image. Be Active is the University’s main fitness programme. It offers a broad range of fitness classes taking place in our Wellbeing Rooms in the Simon Building. All sessions cater for the complete beginner to the regular exerciser and are fun and friendly.
This year's monthly Wellbeing lectures have been incredibly successful. If you missed out you can watch all previous lectures on the Staff Wellbeing website and book for future events. If you would like to help support wellbeing in your local area or team, the Staff Wellbeing Team are looking for new Staff Wellbeing Champions.
