Issue with external telephone calls - Resolved

The earlier issue with receiving external calls has now been resolved.

There is currently an issue receiving external calls to landlines within the University
This also has an impact on any users who are set up to receive Duo calls to their University landline.
This is being investigated urgently by the Telecoms team.

External calls are starting to be received, however this should still be considered under investigation until we have received official confirmation from our supplier that this has been resolved.

The issue affecting external calls to landlines within the University has now been resolved. Investigation by the telecoms supplier into the root cause, will continue.
