Reading Lists Online streamlines several existing services
The Library’s new reading list management system, Reading Lists Online, is now live. Teaching staff need to take action by Friday, 28 June to ensure reading lists and any new teaching resources required are available to students in September 2019. The Library’s Reading Lists team will support staff throughout this process.
Reading Lists Online, the result of a pioneering service overhaul, enables staff to manage their reading lists and request new teaching resources from a single online location. It will improve the student experience by enhancing resource provision and availability across all course units.
Katy Woolfenden, Head of Teaching, Learning and Students at the Library, said: “We developed our Reading List Strategy in partnership with University staff to ensure the outcomes support their teaching as effectively as possible. Our new system, Reading Lists Online, will make life easier for our colleagues by integrating several different services for the first time, while also taking an innovative approach to providing the Library resources students need to be successful.
"We welcome our colleagues’ support in preparing to launch Reading Lists Online to students in September 2019.”
