Give feedback on the support undergraduate students need

The Faculty of Science and Engineering is working on a project to improve the student experience by getting a better understanding of the support undergraduate students need from academic staff outside of lectures, lab sessions and tutorials. 

We are running focus groups on Tuesday, 7 May at 12pm and Wednesday, 8 May at 9am, for postgraduate students to discuss their undergraduate experience of accessing and receiving advice from an academic, whether queries were answered spontaneously or within a more formal structure, whether technology could replace or support more traditional forms of communication and what the best environment for receiving support would be.

Identifying welfare needs will be discussed in separate focus groups due to the different needs and requirements of response.
