Have an active April and take part in a prize draw!
April is #BeActive month and as part of Manchester’s #SixWaystoWellbeing the Wellbeing Team are encouraging you to take part in this month’s lunge challenge. These range from hard cardio work-outs to exercises that help focus the mind and increase the flexibility of the body. Alternatively you could head out on a lunchtime walk with the MCRStrollers. They are free and a great way to discover local history and socialise.
