An Introduction to the IT Services Target Operating Model at The University of Manchester

A new operating model has been designed for the future operations of IT Services at the University. To help staff understand what we mean by Operating Models a short animation has been produced, which describes what we mean by a Target Operating Model and how they differ from an Organisational model.

As we start to move through this complex IT Modernisation programme we will be creating more videos and publishing information that you can consume at your desk, in your own time.
