April – Understanding Anxiety
David Smith from Anxiety UK will explore anxiety, considering what it is and who it affects, as well as causes and strategies for managing anxiety. The seminar will also discuss how you can help colleagues, friends and team members.

May – 10 surprising things about resilience
Rowan Gray is founder of Made to Move. He is an executive coach who specialises in helping people to thrive, with a focus on the role of physical movement for resilience. In this lecture he will share what he has learned through working with leaders on their resilience, as well as reflections on developing his own resilience through training for endurance events
