Update on progress following a campaign on The Hive
In November staff submitted their views on family policies during a campaign on The Hive.
The campaign received:
• 50 ideas
• 163 comments
• 2,112 votes
As a result of this campaign, Gemma Dale, HR Policy and Engagement Manager, has set up several meetings in the new year to discuss the ideas and comments shared. This includes a presentation at the Human Resources Senior Management Team meeting in January.
We will keep you updated on the progress of these policies via The Hive and StaffNet.
Your continued feedback on the University’s approach is vital, as we are currently reviewing maternity, adoption and shared parental leave policies – as well as additional support arrangements and initiatives.
