Roll out of the online P&DR system continues

All academic staff to have access to the online system for 2018/19 review cycle
The next phase of the online University Performance and Development Review (P&DR) system and revised process is being rolled out to all academic staff for the 2018/19 review cycle.
All academic staff who do not currently have access to the online system will receive further information in due course on the new process and details of the available support.
Karen Heaton, Director of Human Resources said: “I am pleased to confirm that the online P&DR system and revised process will soon be available to all academic staff. We are committed to focusing on developing the performance and capability of our staff, and the new process and online system will contribute to this.”
Performance and Development Reviews are a valuable tool to enable all staff to be successful in their roles, and provide the opportunity to discuss how the University can provide support to achieve this.
The roll out to all academic staff in the Faculty of Biology Medicine and Health, the Faculty of Humanities and the Faculty of Science and Engineering will be completed between January and July 2019, as agreed by the Faculty Leadership Teams.
The dates for each Faculty are as follows:
- Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health - January to March 2019
- Faculty of Humanities - April to July 2019
- Faculty of Science and Engineering - May to July 2019
