Online resource for those leading, delivering or experiencing change now available
Change Management Essentials is a resource for anyone who wants to increase their understanding of transformation through change management and how it can be successfully led and delivered in organisations, along with access to useful information for those experiencing change.
The site features a standard transformation approach and ‘how to’ information to deliver change effectively, presented in a range of formats including easy to use templates and bite-size videos. There is also easy access to courses and online learning to develop the necessary skills to lead, deliver and experience change with confidence.
Finally, a video detailing an overview of change at the University by Professor Keith Brown, Vice-President and Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, is included providing information on the drivers for change.
The site will be regularly updated going forward with articles, videos, new tools and templates, or learning opportunities on change management and transformation so don’t forget to bookmark as a favourite.
