Join our focus group to help shape IT help and support

As part of the IT Modernisation programme, IT Services are launching a new online portal to improve the help and support we offer to students and staff online

We would like to invite students and staff to take part in user experience focus groups to help improve and shape these online services.

The face-to-face group sessions will focus on the new look and feel of the online portal, as well as ease of navigation and relevancy of content and information. The sessions will focus purely on online methods used to request IT help and support, such as sending the Support Centre a message or accessing a technical guidance article. Other topics such as telephone support, on-site services and other general IT provision are not in the scope of these sessions.

A range of complimentary refreshments will be available during sessions; if you are interested in taking part, please complete this short survey. To keep these sessions small and focussed, we will collate all responses and then contact a cross-section of staff and students from across the University to take part.
