Background to the event
Last year’s disruptive technology is now everywhere. Every other car is an Uber, students have pizza Deliveroo’d to campus. But what next? Technology is changing the environment in which we operate and the expectations of the customers and stakeholders we support. How do we embrace and lead on new ways of working to provide an excellent service?
