Our Future – Big Idea submission

Thank you to everyone who has submitted their Big Idea and took part in Our Future events

Throughout September and October staff have been getting involved in Our Future – an initiative to encourage all colleagues to think about what the future holds for our University and share their ideas about the kind of institution we want to be.

Thank you to everyone who has submitted their Big Idea and took part in events. The University’s Senior Leadership Team are ready and willing to listen to your thoughts and ideas in developing Our Future vision.

Ideas will be collected and analysed to create a number of themes which colleagues will have a further opportunity to explore and discuss later in the year.  These will become the basis of the University’s new vision and strategic plan which the Board of Governors will sign off in 2019.

There are still some local events taking place and the deadline for Big Idea submission via the Our Future website is Friday, 16 November.
