Your chance to get involved and share your Big Idea about Our Future

Throughout September and October staff have been getting involved in Our Future – an initiative to encourage all colleagues to think about what the future holds for our University and share their ideas about the kind of institution we want to be.

Many teams have already held their events and submitted their Big Ideas for Our Future. 

There are still opportunities to share your Big Idea, including university wide Big Events on Tuesday, 23 October in Whitworth Hall. Find out about opportunities to share your Big Idea on the Our Future website.

The University’s Senior Leadership Team is actively encouraging colleagues to grasp this opportunity and take part.  They are ready and willing to listen to your thoughts and ideas and involve everyone in developing Our Future vision.

Ideas will be collected and analysed to create a number of themes which colleagues will have a further opportunity to explore and discuss later in the year.  These will become the basis of the University’s new vision and strategic plan which the Board of Governors will sign off in 2019.
