Our Future drop-in sessions

If you feel like you need some extra support with team sessions, help and advice is available via Our Future advocate drop-in sessions
As a leader or manager you may have been asked host team sessions in your area of responsibility so that staff have the chance to get involved and develop their own Big Idea.
To make it as simple as possible to involve as many people as we can, you have flexibility about how you run these team sessions. You can either run two separate sessions – the first being an introductory session giving colleagues an opportunity to think about the University here and now and the second session being where you will generate your Big Ideas - or run one extended team session where you cover both present and Big Idea generation.

There is no need to book simply drop into the coffee room on the 5th floor of the Roscoe Building on the following dates:
- Monday, 17 September 12pm-2pm
- Tuesday, 25 September 12pm-2pm
- Monday 1 October 12pm-2pm
- Friday, 12 October 12pm-2pm
