Lunchtime treats at Tuesday street market

The popular Tuesday lunchtime market returns to its campus location at Humanities Bridgeford Street

Spring is in the air (we hope) and Levenshulme Market returns on Tuesday, 13 March with all the usual treats from 11:30am until 2:30pm.  Foodie Tuesdays are back!

The organisers say: "We're so happy to be back at The University of Manchester! Our excellent street food traders are ready and raring for another serving, with mouthwatering choices including Kenyan barbecue, gluten-free pies and pastries, Mediterranean mezze, vegan junk food and lots, lots more!"

About Levenshulme Market

The chance to run regular weekly markets at our University marks further growth for Levenshulme Market, which was launched as a social enterprise in 2013 with a monthly market on the train station car park in Levenshulme. In 2014 the market started operating weekly on Saturdays and in 2015, was revealed as one of just three finalists for Best Food Market in the BBC’s Food and Farming Awards.
