Media workshop for researchers
Sense about Science is running a Standing up for Science media workshop at the University on
Friday, 13 April 2018, 10am to 5pm. This is run as part of our Voice of Young Science network; over 3000 early career researchers from across Europe who are committed to taking an active role in public discussions of science and evidence.
- Find out how to make your voice heard in public debates about science
- Meet researchers who have engaged with the media, learn from respected science journalists, find out how researchers can inform policymakers, and learn how to involve the public in communicating research
- FREE for STEM and social science early career researchers (PhDs, post-docs or equivalent), trainees, and medical professionals
