Learn Chinese calligraphy or brush painting with the Confucius Institute

The eight week course begins on Tuesday, 30 January

Learn how to use Chinese brushes and ink and master the basic strokes of Chinese writing and painting.

These courses will introduce you to the fundamentals of Chinese brush painting and calligraphy and the history and philosophy behind it. By the end of the course you will be able to create your own art works worthy of decorating your home or office. No previous knowledge of Chinese is required.

The course starts on Tuesday, 30 January and runs from 6pm until 8pm.  

The fees are £120 for the full 8 week course, the cost includes brush and ink.
