Manchester In Stitches raises over £800 through charity craft sales

Manchester In Stitches held their second craft sale recently in support of Wood Street Mission and the Manchester Food Bank

This was hosted by the Chemistry Department, and many thanks to them for obtaining the permission and setting out the space.

We sold a variety of handmade goods created by members and raffled a set of 28 Star Wars Characters, won by Seamus Byers in RBESS, and a Circus Elephant, won by Vickie Roche in Social Sciences.

The proceeds of our two sales and sundry sales to members' friends and families has come to almost £800 over the year.  This will be divided equally between the two charities.
