Autism-friendly early opening at Manchester Museum
01 Dec 2017
Join us on Saturday, 9 December from 9:15am until 10:30am, aimed at children who have autism and other needs, along with their families and carers, and siblings
Activities take place before the Museum opens to the general public and there will be a quiet room available too.
See objects, do activities & make creations inspired by one of the Museum’s galleries.
A different gallery will be open at each early opening. In December our Fossils Gallery, where Stan the T-Rex lives will be open earlier.
At this month’s early open there will also be a short 'pop-up' performance by Manchester University’s Music Society. The quintet of musicians will play some fun, nature-themed music in a relaxed setting.
