Staff Fair a big hit!

Staff Wellbeing Fair in the Whitworth Hall on Tuesday, 21 November was a huge hit for both providers and staff attendees - including our prizewinners

The event attracted over 500 staff that were able to get information, advice, freebies and cakes from the exhibitors. Attendees were also entertained, and had their wellbeing boosted during the event, by the Library Choir with songs by The Beach Boys, The Mamas & Papas and Abba – which had people singing along in the aisles and on the exhibition stands!

Attendees were entered into a prize draw to win a £250 Super Break voucher.  The winner of this great prize was Sue Cooper from the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health. Sue said, “I’m amazed to have won this prize.  It’s so exciting!” 

Other prize draws have taken place since the event and we can announce the winners below.

The DenPlan/Simplyhealth electric toothbrush prize draw was won by Michelle Mallon based in the School of Mechanical, Aerospace & Civil Engineering.

Ken Foster’s Cycle Logic and HR Services had the following prizes and winners:

• Kryptonite Kryptolok Series 2  Bike Lock -  Michael Berne (Directorate of Finance)
