Our staff wellbeing choir welcomes all abilities, beginners welcome - join us on Wednesdays from 18 October
From pop, folk, spiritual to sea shanties, you can join in the fun from 1pm until 1:45pm on Wednesdays from 18 October onwards.
The cost is £10 for 8 weeks - sign up and let's sing!
Singing in a choir has been scientifically proven to be good for your health: from getting more oxygen into the blood, to increasing the flow of feelgood hormones and improving mental health.
There are also social benefits of joining a choir: whether it's making new friends or meeting others with an interest in music.
