Come to the next sale – get unique Christmas gifts and support a good cause
Manchester in Stitches, the University staff craft group, held the first of two annual craft sales on Thursday, 28 September.
We would like to thank all members of the group who contributed items or time to the event, and all members of staff and students who supported us by buying items.
The sale raised £301.50 on the day, sales to date this year total £416.
All proceeds are divided equally between the Wood Street Mission and the Manchester Food Bank, both worthy causes supporting Manchester families in need.
There will be another sale in the Chemistry Building on Wednesday, 6 December.
Come along and buy those individual, hand-crafted gifts. We also have two sets of crocheted Star Wars figures, and a Circus Elephant, which are being raffled.
