BP's Chief Scientist, Dr Angela Strank, will be answering your questions live on LinkedIn

Dr Angela Strank joined BP in 1982 as a geologist in exploration and production, and has since occupied various roles including Manager, Stratigraphic Services; Senior Business Analyst; Chief Financial Officer, Lubes; Business Development and Reputation Manager, Angola; and Technology Vice President, Fuels and Lubes. She was appointed BP's Technology Vice President in May 2008. She was subsequently appointed to the role of Vice President, Head of Group Chief Executive’s Office, based in London, providing executive leadership for the CEO Bob Dudley in all aspects of managing BP.

In April 2014 BP appointed Angela as Chief Scientist, with responsibility for developing strategic options for the company to help it benefit from advancements in science and technology.
