Learn to manage stress differently
In these drop in sessions you will be learning some mindfulness practices to help you:
- to become familiar with the workings of your mind
- to notice the times when you are at risk of getting caught in old habits of mind that re-activate anxiety, stress and lack of motivation
- to explore ways of releasing yourself from those old habits and, if you choose, enter a different way of being.
- to learn how to not be in your head the whole time.
The sessions are held in the large Wellbeing group room on the first floor of the Simon building.
You do not need to book. You can just turn up.
- Wednesday 5-6pm
- Thursday 1-2pm
- Friday 1-2pm
There is also a drop-in learn to relax session every Tuesday 1-2pm
