Senior leaders discuss key themes from each area of the University
Senior leaders across the University came together this week to discuss the actions that will be taken following feedback from Staff Survey 2017.
The session gave leaders from each Faculty, Professional Support Services and Cultural Institutions the opportunity to share ideas and identify common themes arising from their high level action plans.
They will now go away and consult with staff in their area where necessary to develop more detailed action plans that will be implemented over the next 18 months.
The University has also identified two overarching themes that will be addressed at University-level. These are ‘Leadership and Managing Change’ and ‘Dignity at Work’.
The action plans are due to be submitted in October after which they will be published on the Staff Survey pages on StaffNet.
