Take part in a 5-minute survey on university reputation
19 Sep 2017
The Knowledge Partnership, an independent market research company, will be conducting the research on behalf of us and nine other Russell Group universities
Many staff will be familiar with our External Stakeholders Survey – a qualitative, biennial survey that seeks to understand stakeholder perceptions of our reputation and status. We’re now looking to supplement it with a quantitative and much more in-depth brand tracker, which will give us a better understanding of how we are perceived alongside some of our main competitors, in order to inform future marketing projects and campaigns.
The Knowledge Partnership, an independent market research company, will be conducting the research on behalf of us and nine other Russell Group universities, combining primary data gained from staff, students, alumni and external groups at each university with secondary data from rankings, student recruitment and admissions measures, REF, TEF, DHLE and several other sources.
As part of this project, we’d like to invite all staff to take part in a five-minute online survey about university reputation. Your feedback is extremely valuable, so we’d be very grateful if you could take the time to complete this survey.
The Knowledge Partnership operates in accordance with the code of conduct of the Market Research Society. All results will be treated as confidential and never linked to you personally. No contact details will be associated with your survey responses or shared with any third parties.
If you’d like to know more about this survey, please email Adam Cresswell at tracker@theworld100.com.
