Highway works commence on Booth Street West

Bruntwood has confirmed work is commencing to complete drop-off points/lay-bys on Booth Street West and servicing access on Higher Cambridge Street

The works are a continuation of the new hotel being built which is part of the University’s Campus Masterplan. 

This has been agreed with Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) to coincide with the school holidays to ensure minimum disruption where possible.

Additional lane closures and traffic management will be in place in these two areas for a period of approximately 6 weeks.
