Information regarding our Electronic Software Distribution system and the financial year end

Due to financial year-end processes, orders for Microsoft Select software placed on the University's Electronic Software Distribution system (ESD) after midnight on Wednesday 5 July 2017 will be recharged to account codes in the 2017/18 financial year.

Orders placed prior to midnight on Wednesday 5 July 2017 will be recharged to account codes in the current 2016/17 financial year.

Because of the subscription nature of Adobe Creative Cloud licences, we will continue to purchase these from Adobe throughout July, but if your order is placed on ESD after midnight on Wednesday 5 July 2017, we will not be able to guarantee that it is recharged to your account code in the current 2016/17 financial year.

You may continue to order and download software from the ESD system throughout the whole of July without interruption: the deadline only affects when the charge will reach your account.
