Thanks from Wood Street Mission for Easter Project support

Wood Street Mission would like to thank you for your generous donations and Easter Eggs towards this year’s Easter Project

It was a fantastic collection this year and Wood Street Mission received over 900 Easter Eggs as well as financial donations. They would also like to thank the members of staff in Central Stores Sackville Street Building and the Post Room in the John Owens Building for their help in ensuring that the donations of Easter Eggs were delivered on time.

The donations will makes a huge difference to local families and helps Wood Street Mission to continue to offer this free help to them.  The families themselves remain very grateful for the help they receive and so it is on their behalf that Wood Street Mission thank you all for your contribution to this year’s Easter Egg project and your continued support.

Families are helped throughout the year with clothing parcels, baby equipment, bedding as well as offering a school uniform package at the beginning of the school year.
