All you need to know on our quick and easy home page

StaffNet is a hugely important internal website, giving University staff who work online the information and resources they need to do their jobs well – last year it received 3.8 million visits.

Our new version – created by the Division of Communications and Marketing last year – gives you much better access to the information and services you need and it’s responsive on all your devices.  The launch has resulted in an increase of new visitors by 15%.

Our home page has been designed to give you quick and easy access to a huge range of information.

The top section boasts quick links to the most popular sites – email, jobs, training, IT support and Blackboard.

Below that is a box of clickable icons that take you straight to popular items such as your payslip, Ask HR, expenses and car parks.

There’s then a section below that gives a quick list of all our Staff Systems, including Campus Solutions, eProg and MyManchester.

And there are similar sections for Top Forms, such as Fees and Expenses and Performance and Development Review, and Top Policies, such as conduct and discipline of students, flexible hours and sickness leave.

Many colleagues agree that the new version of StaffNet is a vast improvement. Feedback includes:
