Only one week left to book on our Be Active programme
Courses start on 17 October – we have a jam packed programme of activities including many types of Yoga, Pilates, Tai chi, Alexander technique and more active fitness sessions from the Express blast series (30 minute classes) to the more technical Kettlebell or Gymnastic strength training.
