Technology and equipment improvements to teaching spaces

Media Services

The Media Services AV team have been extremely busy during the summer period upgrading teaching spaces. 

Seven teaching rooms and the main lecture theatre in Samuel Alexander have received full new AV systems, as have five lecture theatres in the Renold building. 

The Ken Kitchen committee room in John Owens has also been fitted with a new and powerful AV system and is now available for room bookings. 

The Media Hub

Media Services now offer a space dedicated to showcasing and trialling new technologies for teaching and learning support. The space in the basement of the Roscoe building contains all existing technologies in teaching space for

training purposes and developing technologies such as wireless BYOD presentation devices. To arrange a visit to the Media Hub, contact us.
