Join the Contact Theatre for a free day of fun

The Contact Theatre on Oxford Road throws open its doors for Fun Palaces on Saturday 1 October

Whatever your age there’ll be a host of free activities on offer throughout the day. Go along and take part in a DJ workshop, do some arts and crafts, express yourself through dance, or go on a treasure hunt.

Centred around creating with your community, Fun Palaces are about making together: they are a space where arts and sciences, crafts, technologies, fun and learning combine. 

The annual national celebration of culture for everyone takes place from 11am until 5pm.
