Online process for research ethics applications launched

A new online Ethical Review Manager (ERM) for processing research ethics applications has been launched
There will be a brief crossover period (until 1 November 2016) in which ethics applications submitted on the old application form via Ethics Signatories will still be accepted.
After this period, applications must be submitted through the new online Ethical Review Manager (ERM) only.
Training guides and videos are available on the Research Ethics and IT Training websites. These explain how to use the system and answer frequently asked questions.
All staff and students who wish to submit a new ethics application to the UREC, or an amendment to an approved ethics application, can do so online, for applicants or reviewers.
